Five-Point Plan & Supporters

Read the Five-Point Plan

Jew-hatred has become part of everyday life again in Europe. Neither the war in Gaza nor political decisions in Israel can ever be a pretext for hatred. Antisemitism is and remains unacceptable in any form.

1. Strengthen Education and Encounter

  • Mandatory content on Jewish life and antisemitism in training for teachers, civil servants, police and judges
  • Qualified antisemitism officer at every university
  • Exchange programs with Israel for students, judiciary and police
  • Promote fact-based, multi-perspective educational formats

2. Secure Legal Protection for Jewish Life

  • Antisemitism officers in police, judiciary and administration
  • Calls for the destruction of a state (especially Israel) classified as criminal offenses
  • Expand incitement law to cover attacks against Jewish groups abroad
  • Prohibit boycott calls against Israel in universities and culture

3. Anchor Jewish Life in Public — Visible and Safe

  • Consistent ban on events promoting hatred against Jews
  • Active protection of synagogues and memorials
  • Jewish religious freedom upheld in public holiday law

4. Promote Partnerships and Jewish Culture

  • Public support for Jewish cultural events
  • Protect city partnerships with Israel (Haifa, Tel Aviv, Beer Sheva)
  • No public funds for antisemitic projects
  • Strengthen academic cooperation between D-A-CH and Israel

5. Expand Monitoring — Act Across Borders

  • Support the European Network for Monitoring Antisemitism (ENMA)
  • Annual progress reports
  • Cross-border networking of police, judiciary and educational institutions

Who are we?

Run For Their Lives – Munich.

Run For Their Lives was founded on the US West Coast immediately after October 7 — in response to the massacre and the abduction of more than 200 innocent people. The hostages came from 25 nations.

Jil Meiteles and Guy Katz brought the initiative to Europe. Munich now has the largest group, with thousands of regular participants.

We are non-political. For almost two years, we marched every Sunday with a single goal: the release of all hostages. In response to rapidly rising antisemitic incidents across Europe, we now also stand against antisemitism — and organize the major memorial rallies in Munich.
